Instrumentation & Robotics

In order to carry out a successful HTS projects specialised instrumentation, which in many cases has to be integrated within robotic automated workflows, is required. Some examples of technologies listed below have been used extensively in a number of large screening projects by our consortium members. The latest technologies are well represented across Nor-Openscreen and we are well equipped to deal with a wide variety of chemical biology projects.

Readout technologies: e.g. Various microplate readers, FLIPR, LSRFortessa flow cytometer (384-well) and Agilent Rapidfire 365 MS HTS system, UHPLC in combination with high-resolution MS, amongst others.

Robotic Liquid Handling: e.g. Hamilton star, Echo 550, Beckman, Tecan and Agilent Bravo.
